Subject	Why won't the alternator drop?

Message	I removed the adjustment bracket and the top bolt and the nut behind. It acts like it's still pinned at the top and it just wants to swing back and forth. Is there some sort of bushing that slides through the alternator hole and into the mount? Tough to see what's going on at the back side.
